Chuck specializes in representing buyers and sellers of commercial real estate in Northeast Georgia, and tenants and landlords for commercial properties. We work with investors and sell investment real estate. We are familiar with 1031 Tax deferred exchanges and with the cap rates income properties are being sold at. Industrial, retail, office or investment properties we can help you in our market in each of these areas.
Personal
Chuck and his wife, Betsy, moved to Gainesville in February of 1992 after completing a 28-season career coaching football. Chuck starting coaching football at the high school level in New Mexico and in the San Francisco Bay Area, spent one year with Marv Levy and two seasons with Lou Holtz at the College of William and Mary. After William and Mary, Chuck, as a member of the Woody Hayes' staff at Ohio State, was able to coach four consecutive Big Ten Champions and participated in four straight Rose Bowls. Chuck's last 15 seasons were spent coaching in the National Football league: at the Philadelphia Eagles, where he coached in Super Bowl XV, the Atlanta Falcons and the San Diego Chargers.
The 15 seasons on the sidelines of the National Football league honed Chuck's analytical skills. He feels, Real Estate, as in Football, is a people game and being to able earn a client's trust is very little different that earning a player's confidence. Both are counting on you to help them make wise decisions and integrity of the relationship begins with always doing what you say you are going to do.
