Chuck has been the NUMBER 1 Commercial Realtor out of over a 1104 realtors with Prudential in the state of Georgia during the 4th quarter of 2002 and NUMBER 2 during the first quarter of 2003 and NUMBER 2 again in the 2nd Quarter of 2004. Outside of Real Estate he is a Past President of Gainesville Sunrise Rotary Club, a member of the deacons body at his church, he is active with several local Chambers of Commerce and he still gets to use a little of his old coaching skills as a Sunday School Teacher.

Personal
Chuck and his wife, Betsy, moved to Gainesville in February of 1992 after completing a 28-season career coaching football. Chuck starting coaching football at the high school level in New Mexico and in the San Francisco Bay Area, spent one year with Marv Levy and two seasons with Lou Holtz at the College of William and Mary. After William and Mary, Chuck, as a member of the Woody Hayes' staff at Ohio State, was able to coach four consecutive Big Ten Champions and participated in four straight Rose Bowls. Chuck's last 15 seasons were spent coaching in the National Football league: at the Philadelphia Eagles, where he coached in Super Bowl XV, the Atlanta Falcons and the San Diego Chargers.

The 15 seasons on the sidelines of the National Football league honed Chuck's analytical skills. He feels, Real Estate, as in Football, is a people game and being to able earn a client's trust is very little different that earning a player's confidence. Both are counting on you to help them make wise decisions and integrity of the relationship begins with always doing what you say you are going to do.
